Western Inn

The rooms are out of date. Have bugs. But the worst part about this place is the people who run and own this place. They have been caught right outside your door listening. I had a visitor come to see me and they ran down to where my room was and told my visitor to get out and get off their property. Since when could u not have a person come and visit at a motel u rented and paid in full for? These people have really embarrassed me. And really I think they should refund my money.

If you are ever looking for a place to stay while you are riding on the Silver Comet, don't even think about this place. We were told that the room had been newly renovated. The room was very dirty. We almost left but we were tired and ready to sleep. The room had not been vacuumed. The table had soda drink drops on it. The trash can was very dirty and didn't have a trash bag. The toilet had green stains on it. The chairs, you won't even want to sit on them. It looked like something you would pick up in a trash pit. One pillow case had hair dye on it, and it was white. We just decided to get wet wipes and wipe the table and toilet just so we could use it. The toilet lid had paint stains all over it. The cabinets were missing knobs. This is tha nastiest place they have bed bugs and roaches an I ask for another room and tha owner doesn't care at all he said that he couldn't help me an slammed tha window in my face I lost $140 cause I paid for 2 nights and I didn't even get to stay 1 night cause it made me sick tha sheets on tha bed were so NASTY this hotel needs to be shut down an I'm not tha only 1 that's complaining about it tha ladies that works at tha BP store right down from tha hotel said that people comes in ALL THA TIME talking about how NASTY that hotel is

This place sucks the owner is really extremely nosey and the door wouldnt lock, shower didnt work, roaches just all around shitty time

Had problems with Wi-Fi. Lots of roaches. Tv cuts out all the time. Owner is decent but has to be prompted to resolve issues. House keeping is very rude. No phones in th rooms. No night stands. No alarm clock. Rates are reasonable but you get what you pay for I guess
