Westbrook Motel

I've stayed at this motel before. Under new management, they have stepped their game up. They are pet/service animal friendly, it is quiet so sleeping is not a problem, the property/rooms are clean, it is a great value, and best of all, they are "DAISY, my service dog, APPROVED"! I would definitely recommend it to other people looking for a value priced motel.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Spent an hour waitin for clerk to check us in. front office was locked & no one answered phone. When owner finally arrived he was very rude & angry at me, I didn’t see bell. No toilet paper or towels in room. Will never return!

It was not the best place but for the price it was ok. Customer service was ok and didn't have to ask for anything at all. That was a good thing

(Room 105). The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The exception #1 was the diverter on the shower (on the spigot) did not work. I had been digging and sweating at Diamond Hill Mine and really needed a shower. So I was forced to wash my hair and body under the tub spigot. Also the sink in the room did not drain until I dug a bunch of soap out of the drain then it was better. The faucet on the sink was loose also. Overall for the price it was a good stay except for the 2 exceptions. My mom was with me and brother ( he was in the room next door). Good for 1-2 nights in a small town with nowhere else to stay. The managers were very nice and accommodating.

Location to jobsite was great room service was just non-existence. Had to go to owner just to get daily towels . He is a new owner trying to make great improvements that are much needed. The hotel is cute and quaint just needs some major work and updates
