West Point Motel - Sam’s Boutique

Mind blowing experience, killer deal and the room service blew me away! There was a lot of rabble happening next door and the management called the police, an hour later and BAM! No more noise problems! They must be real popular because the parking lot was full all night, would stay again.

Don’t stay here. The staff are rude. I was amazed that in these times the motel was unable to accommodate any request. The staff told us a refund was available because there was a wait list and then refused to refund any money.

Work paid for a week.. COCKROACHES!!!! sorry no no refunds... refrigerator tv, lamp are on on extension cord .. fire hazard.. ac/heater BURNED OUT AT SOCKET..no maid service (no new sheets , nobed made or vaccum).. and don’t expect clean towels unless your in the room when they come by to exchange out... finally bought my own TP after 3days of no refill

They dont clean the rooms up like they are supposed to dont get clean lienin everyday there is always a problem with the water there no phones in the rooms staff is horrible to customers

This motel helps fill a needy void in society. The owners are nice and compassionate and treat their guest with respect.
