Red Roof Inn West Point

This place is disgusting. Bed had yellow, brown and blood stains. Staying here could get someone very sick. There are bugs and nothing seems clean when you walk in. Could not even stay here and needed to find a new place to stay. This place needs to be shut down.

Stayed here during the big snowstorm of the south, my room was a nice refuge when the roads were so icy and slick. Asked to see room beforehand and it was a little nicer than expected, but I did see a few hairs, so I requested new sheets. Glad to see hard floors not carpet! Front desk was friendly. Loves travel stop across the road was useful at such a time! I’m rating this for those needing a low budget motel not a hotel.

This place is disgusting & in bad need of repair. Low toilet paper, sitting on the back of the toilet because the TP holder was broken & part of it missing from the wall. Enough paper to wipe only after one or two uses. Floor boards are lifted & tub is nasty, no soap & only two washcloths & 2 towels. No cups, no hair dryer, office looks horrible. Room is suppose to be smoke free….LOL. I have asthma & the smell is burning my throat! Would not stay here ever again. Couldn’t book in Auburn, so I didn’t have much of a choice of places to choose from, but honestly I would rather sleep in my car at a rest stop them stay in this room. If it weren’t for my nephews wedding tomorrow, I would sleep in my car. Waiting for roaches to show up. Do NOT book this hotel unless you don’t mind a disgusting ru

We got a nice clean smoking room. Friendly staff, NO BUGS, comfy bed, quiet. $67. Can't beat it.

My room was nasty. The bed covers were stained. The towels were stained. The bathroom had black mold in it and bugs crawling around. there is no hot water to wash your hands.You can hear all the traffic from the interstate nearby inside the room. After switching rooms two times, I just gave up on finding a clean and quiet place to sleep for the night.
