Positive: Very clean and great shower and bed. Has all the basics and great price which was right on for road warriors. Such nice staff! Negative: Refrigerator was lame. Ice machine not working very well.

I have stayed here many times and have never had a bad experience. The manager is always so nice. The rooms are comfortable and the water pressure is good and hot. The property is easy to get to. It’s clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. They have big truck parking. And it’s definitely worth the value. Walking distance to McDonald’s Pizza Hut and dollar tree. 💯 will stay again.

Zero stars if available! GO ELSWHERE We rented a room and headed straight to a meeting at the Nielsen Community Center (without looking at the room). At check-in had to call the desk host with a ring camera, he presented in stained t shirt, sweatpants and flip flops, (this is what is considered 24hr professional property host/manager). When we reserved the room earlier this week, specifically asked if breakfast was included and told yes. On arrival we were told there will not be breakfast in the morning despite being advertised on the hotel sign, website and in the information binder in the room. At that point we asked the clerk to call the manager and he refused. We arrive to our room several hours later (after the meeting ~7pm) to find stains on pillowcases, shower curtain (mildew?), pub

Worst experience ever. I booked the jacuzzi room for $78 from booking.com and told them I had a pet and when they were checking in they were aware that I had a pet so after they charge my card they said they don't allow pets in that room and try to give me another room. No I paid for a Jacuzzi room and they were aware that I had a pet and they told me their pet policies and should have not charged me that room if they didn't allowed my pet. Told them that's all I have on my card for a hotel room don't have much for the other Hotel because they should never charged my card if they didn't allow the pets in there then they tried to say that they will charge $100 if they find one little pet hair in the jacuzzi. We have stayed here 3 times now in 3 different rooms. Customer service has always been great, but the rooms are subpar. The "breakfast" offered is absolutely horrible. You have the option of tiny muffins, white bread, or waffles you yourself make on a griddle that does not fully cook them. Each room needs maintenance performed. One of the rooms had a light fixture hanging off of the wall with wires exposed.
