West Motel

I stayed for 2 months and would have to deal with during the winter bugs coming In through a broken window, freezing cold temps inside the room, they never supplied sheets or blankets. All maybe manageable if the lady didn’t walk in my room when I wasn’t there and then complain how I had to manage being warm and keeping the bugs out

So .... On the weekends they have yard sales out front. You pay to have a spot there in the front to set up shop. Now to stay there, they do have nice rooms. I do believe they have some with kitchens. However, my boyfriend and I wasn't married and they had an issue about that. I don't want to call them Bible thumpers, but they do go by the book! After some convincing, they let us stay in the same room. But they are clean and sweet! They also have a pool so that's always nice.

Rooms are like mini houses, two beds each in separate "rooms". Clean & very cozy. Even has a small patio type area in the back that is accessible via your own back door...except it doesnt lock, owner invades privacy & there was moldy food in microwave along with blood in the bathroom.

no wifi, old tvs that are terribly small in the rooms, they dont wash any linens so u have to go to the laundromat to wash towels and sheets,you would think the room rates would be at a super low price but they are not. Theres a pool there which is ONLY for the family that owns it. you could definitely find a much nicer room at a much nicer place. i was all the way around disappointed with this place

Good last minute room to rent, very old furniture and pluming and tv for $275 weekly for two people, lady is nice, place is clean, quiet, save, short term stay only. Can’t complain...
