Many lots woth hook-ups in mid Jan, wash house, and near a AAFES, an elementary school in a nice area

I stayed there with my husband a few years ago, and it was pretty clean. The laundry room had a lot of technical problems, and there was usually only one of each machine running at a time. I'm not sure why, but it's right off the gate, and there's a gas station across the way. There's also a playground and swing sets right next to it.

Good value, clean sites, and easy access. Attendants didn't seem to keep up with vacancies as they thought only 1 open when, in fact, there were 4-5 vacancies.

We arrived in January 2020 before Covid-19 and we got stuck in here ! Green areas are well kept. Beautiful place , very friendly neighborhood and we made a lot of friends. The feeling is more like a family. This area is near everything Walmart , malls , HEB , etc . Lots of choices in restaurants to eat whatever you like at prices that you can afford . We have hook/up, electricity, water , cable , WiFi, trash and recycling, etc . , at a very reasonable price. The management is nice and very helpful. Since is inside the military base the security is a plus.
