Holiday Inn Express Keith Ware Hall

The cleanest army hotel I have ever stayed at 17 years on AD. The room was spotless and the service was over the top they turned down the bed and cleaned the room felt like almost everyday. The staff easy to work with and the breakfast area was always spot on. Enjoyed my two weeks stay.

Overall, I’d give this hotel three stars out of five. The rooms were average—no carpet, but they were clean and functional. Housekeeping came every other day, which was appreciated.||Hospitality was average—staff were polite and handled check-in and questions efficiently, but nothing stood out as particularly warm or welcoming. Service was fine, just not above and beyond.||Breakfast was just okay—nothing memorable, but it got the job done. If you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay, this hotel works fine, but don’t expect anything above standard.

We arrived super late after driving from GA to TX, and the front desk was so helpful and willing to work with us on our paperwork so we could get in fast and rest. Rooms were large and clean. Overall recommend for anyone PCSing to Hood!

After staying here for quite a while I can almost rate everything except the pool because I never used it. Most of the staff were professional, lovely people mostly. The manager also seemed caring because she did assist us when we got in a tangle. I would suggest for the lady who works in the morning shift to set her personal problems aside when she's at work otherwise why work as a front desk if your always having such a negative mood! This is the older African American lady who works mostly morning shift, she was mostly cold to us even though we spent more than $3,000 at this location. We all have something going on in our lives but it doesn't warrant your cold attitude towards patrons! Overall, the location and breakfast was superb!
