They have great rooms big and spacious! Awesome price too! Location is perfect! Only think is management was a little tight like I was here for over a week I told him I was going to be late and he started knocking on the door waking up my wife but other then it's definitely a place I'll use again

They scammed me and didn’t give me a refund they charged my card 3 times BEWARE!

I don't stay in many hotels in Wilmington, however, I was able to get a room here last night and extended my stay to today as well. The one most notable thing I will mention is that the rooms here are very very clean and nice. I could lay in the bed under the covers and felt okay doing so. I like that there is a exhaust fan in the bathroom and I like the shelves in the actual shower as well. Overall, it's been a pretty good experience here. Price is really good considering the prices of other places in the area, $90 for a night not bad. The one complaint I had is that my boyfriend was spoken to very rudely by the owner here, said he didn't want his kind of people there at his hotel. Which is messed up. But anyways. I'd recommend staying here for cleanliness and price.
