West Bay Oaks Mobile Home & RV Park

visited West Bay Oaks with my dad to check out this 55+ community, and I was really impressed! The park is super clean, well-kept, has a peaceful, welcoming vibe specially with all the oak trees ( shade is a must in FL) perfect for retirees. Donna, the property manager, was awesome—really helpful, answered all our questions, and made us feel right at home. The amenities are great, and the whole place feels like a tight-knit community. If you’re looking for a solid spot in Largo for the 55+ crowd, this park is a winner. Definitely recommend!

I purchased my mobile home in April of 2025 and have lived here since. The park is kept clean, it's quiet and the management is great. Donna is always quick to respond and she makes you feel very welcomed. Plus it's only about 5 mins from the beach. I love calling this place home.

Small mobile home/ camp site park. Lot rent too high ( the travel trailer sites are even higher!) But is closest to the beach . .

We moved here temporarily earlier this year. While living here, we have been very impressed with Donna and Raul. Not only are they both extremely friendly and professional, they work very hard every day to make this the best experience for residents. Raul is very knowledgeable in all things maintenance, and he addresses any needs immediately, Raul is always willing to go the extra mile with a smile on his face, and routinely goes above and beyond. He takes great pride in his work and the satisfaction of the residents. We are very impressed with Donna and Raul, and it is for this reason, we have decided to make this our permanent residence.
