Tampa Bay Extended Stay Hotel

⭐ 0/5 — DO NOT STAY HERE ⭐ If I could give negative stars, I would. We booked this hotel for one night after a late flight before boarding a cruise — and I have never experienced anything like this. The first room we were assigned hadn’t been cleaned at all: unmade beds, trash, and an overall filthy appearance. We were told it was a mistake and were given another room. The second room was somehow worse. While the beds were made, there were roaches crawling across the bed as if they lived there permanently. I also have a video of a roach inside the refrigerator — absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We left immediately and did not stay. The only positive part of the experience is that the front desk receptionist processed a full refund without any argument. This hotel needs more than

ROACHES. Run away from this place. This place is more like a shelter than hotel. People live there, they do smoke everywhere. Our room has smell of Marijuana, we changed to another "non-smoking room" and cigarettes smell was there. |It's very weird Layout of room, one room is non-smoking and next one is smoking. What people should do who can't stand the smell and why i need to breath nicotine everytime I open the door.

I've been staying here for 2 months now and I couldn't be more pleased with my entire experience. From Pat in the office with all his help, to Espy in housekeeping who always does an amazing job cleaning my room, to the room as a whole I don't have a single complaint. If you're looking for a place to stay in Largo do not overlook Tampa bay extended stay it's always a pleasure.

Positive: House keepers keeps property clean, maintenabce always fixes things as early as the next day, and employee at the front desk is always kind and polite. Negative: No swimming pool
