Welcome Inn

One of the best motors I ever seen and ever visited! After a hard time, which I have, I find here a place to stay at 3 AM without any problem. Here was only place where was working online registration kiosk it really helped me and the workers very good and helpful so I'm staying here for already five days and I will continue to be here for a few days also and I really like here because everything is good. Welcome Inn location Is perfect it's in a very good city called Eagle rock and hearing five minutes. It's a Pasadena and also in five minute. It's a Glendale and it's very easy to get to downtown from here so it's a good place for travelers too. It looked quaint when driving by, was just another south asian operation. At reception window was met by a teenager in something like pyjamas. Rooms were "renovated" by painting the walls blue and putting in some junky furniture that probably came from Target. We just left and went to another hotel. A lot of US motels have gone the same way as this place.

Positive: Nothing Negative: I didn't like anything. So Dirty,The bathroom,the Carpet the walls were extremely dirty.The Room small SMOKE from CIGARRETS .Sincerely, very bad disturbing odors.

Horrible experience. The hotel refused to take responsibility for my lost AirPods, which I accidentally left in the room after check-out. The room was cleaned and the AirPods disappeared, even though no one else stayed there. I called multiple times and was told no one had them, despite the location showing they stayed in the hotel for days and later moved to a private residence and back. The hotel simply denied any responsibility. Terrible service

They have a security down of $100 which is absurb. plus their room is outdated, no internet , no cable tv, no microwave, parking is limited, and the roof has leak all over!
