Wave Beach Vacation Rentals

So I booked this property on Airbnb. I also went through my Klarna to pay for for it. I had to cancel due to family issues I have been trying for over two months to get a refund and of course they decline me it is already hard out here for ppl I also did not want to stay in this property because of the way it looks online. The pictures are very deceiving. It is not what you think they have people live in these properties as well. Horrible

In a pinch Waves hotel really came through. I stayed for almost two months and they always communicated and made sure my stay was to my standard.The place was very clean and very quiet at night. Very pleasent stay. I recommend anyone who would like a nice stay by Pomapno Beach to not hesitate and enjoy their accommodations and service. Thank you Waves. It was most memorable.

DON’T BELIEVE THE PHOTO’S!! This place is a dump run by a slumlord property management company. Room was filthy, with broken furniture, fingerprints, smudges an sparse cutlery and glassware. Pool area was decrepit with broken chairs and umbrellas. Other rooms kept smoking marijuana and would run in the halls and scream at all hours of the night. We had to leave after 1 night and find a hotel. Management company is refusing to offer us even a partial refund. I didn’t ask for full, would have been happy with partial. Stay ANYWHERE else than this place.

My stay was horrible. The hotel is a dump. They were always fixing something in our room like installing new electric panel or water heater or entering the room checking on something. The walls are paper thin and we hear a constant noises comming from upstairs room or dogs hauling comming from next room. The management refuse move us to room upstairs even if we rented it for the whole month and half the rooms stayed empty. The Wi Fi was spotty and often disconnected. My son had to work and it was a big problem for him. The management was ignoring my complains and not willing to do anything to fix constant noise and Wi Fi problem. They try at some point to move us to some other motel because they needed to do some renovations in our room. The stay was a very unpleasant and annoing experien

There are lots of bugs in the kitchen. This was over multiple nights. We could not use the kitchen due to this. We had to keep things in the fridge.
