It is very clean and updated with a small kitchenet. And our host Sam was awesome. I will definitely come back.

Sam is a very pleasant, thoughtful and accommodating host. He offered beach chairs and an umbrella and gave us directions to the beautiful beach. Also, recommending a beautiful restaurant (Kalisz) on the ICW.||We enjoyed the pool and visiting with other guests. We felt very comfortable and safe. Our room was on the upper level and had recently been renovated and was very comfortable with a kitchenette. Parking is available directly in front.||We definitely will be back the next time we are in Pompano Beach...Thank you again, Sam, for your welcoming hospitality!

Having lived in Florida in my younger days I was looking for a piece of old Florida when looking for a place to stay. Sam the owner was a pleasure to talk to and his "Old Florida: feel motel did not disappoint! It literally brought back memories for me. The pool was perfect, room was clean, and getting to the beach was a breeze! Sam even provided chairs and umbrella! I'm already looking forward to next years visit! Thanks again Sam!

Positive: Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The owner,was very friendly and welcoming! Within walking distance of the beach, pier, and plenty of restaurants. No issues with parking and a great covered area by the pool with a grill and table. Negative: ""

The owner Sam was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and updated. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bedding was clean. Due to a cold snap in the area the room was chilly when we got there, but Sam thought ahead a put an electric heater in the room so we could warm it up. The water took awhile to get hot and unfortunately didn't last very long but otherwise everything else was great. The location was great, it was quite at night and only a few blocks away from the beach and downtown area. There was a heated pool but we didn't use it, we forgot our swim suits and just didn't feel like buying new ones for our 4 day trip. Sam was helping with directions to the beach, restaurants and texted us asking if we needed anything about midway though our trip. Definitely would say here a
