Waterside at Blue Ridge

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Waterside at Blue Ridge! The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to reach whenever we had questions—top-notch hospitality. The concrete RV sites are impressively wide and perfectly level, making setup a breeze. Most sites feature charming gazebos with comfortable furniture, which added a relaxing touch to the whole experience. We stayed at Site 115, which came with a private hot tub—our main reason for choosing this campground. The tub was high quality, spotless, and maintained daily by the staff. It absolutely lived up to our expectations and made the trip extra special. Highly recommend Waterside if you’re looking for a clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed RV resort with great amenities and service!

We booked a Premium Creekside Hot Tub Lot (at over $1000 for a week) with hot tub, propane fireplace, winterized hook-ups advertised. Not a single thing is working correctly. Thank God my husband is a contractor. He's been working all weekend just making it so we can enjoy the site. I wrote on our paperwork at check-in (after hours starts at 4, who closes that early??) that nothing was working and not a single employee has checked in with us about it in 4 days. I felt I had to do that because they make it clear if you break anything you're paying for it. I can't break anything if it's ALL already broken. This place tries to be higher end with their restrictions on types of RVs allowed and the endless list of rules and regulations, but EVERYTHING is falling apart. We tried to use the propa

The park ranger “cowboy” is incredibly rude and invasive. He tends to sit somewhere in the park and watch people. Constant facility issues on the 2nd phase of the park. Septic backups, water cutoffs. Constant knit picking and surveillance of guests. DO NOT stay long term. I don’t recommend renting in general but I definitely do not recommend renting long term or owning anything in that place. Nobody follows the rules, but they pick and choose who they want to apply them to. Just don’t do it.

Waterside at blue ridge was awesome and the staff were absolutely amazing during our visit. We had a campsite and we had family that rented 2 of the tiny houses so we could spend 4th of July weekend together. There was a snafu through booking.com that left some of our group without accommodations. The staff went so far above and beyond to help us out that we were absolutely blown away. Beautifully well kept campground, great atmosphere and wonderful people. Can't wait to go back!

Great location in the mountains to explore nearby towns in cooler fall weather. Lots of RVs here, owners and some renters,v all were super friendly. Most sites are paved, two fishing ponds, swimming pool, clubhouse, laundry etc. Very crowded on holiday weekends up from Atlanta. Super quiet during the week. We enjoyed our week here!
