The Owl’s Perch

Me and my family went here to get away and have a different Christmas and it was the best experience I have ever had! The view was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and I would die to be able to live up there and see it everyday. We did loose power dew to snow and the next day we were without water that whole day but we didn't let that from bonding with each other and catching up on life!

Stayed at the Owl’s Perch last week & can’t wait to go back. The cabin & View is phenomenal!! We needed rest & relaxation...got it there. We will definitely be back soon. Sits at the beginning of the Chattahoochee National Forest which is perfect for hiking & resting. Very relaxing on the decks & the hot tub. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. The only thing anyone needs to bring is few groceries & necessities. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Beautiful cabin with all the things you need! The kitchen is VERY well stocked with just about anything you would need to prepare and cook any type of meal. Loved the wood fire pit outside. Also has a gas fire pit on the lower deck. Didn’t get to use the hot tub (didn’t have enough time), but it looked sooooo inviting! The cabin has ample parking space, which is a problem that we’ve run into with a lot of rentals. The view off the back deck is AMAZING...especially at sunset! We plan to go back and stay longer next time.

My family and I have stayed at The Owl's Perch a couple of times now. We love the amenities and convenient proximity to activities and downtown Blue Ridge. But most of all, we just love the view, wind chimes, and sunsets each evening. We love hanging out with the kids by day, and then relaxing and adulting it up at night with a good drink, hot tub, and view. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. There are 2-3 deck levels, plenty of outdoor seating, multiple fire pits, a grill, and hot tub. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, video games to relax after a long hike, bean bag chairs, ping pong, puzzles, and board games. And the internet works really well! Really enjoyed our stay here! Cozy, beautiful view, soft beds, plenty of extra pillows and blankets (always so important on cold mountain days!). Just a head's up the hot tub is on the basement level - based on pics it looked like it was on the main level, which we usually prefer. But definitely not a deal breaker and would return!
