Waterloo Woods Cabin Retreat: Foxfire Cabin

I came out to this Cabin alone with my Dog to have some much needed time to grieve and reflect over the loss of my daughter. It was peaceful beautiful and the Hot tub was so relaxing. The owners were so kind to approve an added day because I loved it so much. I can't wait to return with my son in law and grandsons.

Our FAMILY FEBRUARY CHRISTMAS! After staying home through Halloween Thanksgiving Christmas and New Years my family got together here to have Christmas. Love this place . its Beautiful and we were lucky enough to have snow.

Just went with my family to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday 🥳 I really enjoyed the cabin, she sets you up with cleaning supplies, toilet/paper towels. Loads of Movies, games, and the property itself is very nice during this time of year. My only issues I had were that you can’t use the bath 🛁 upstairs (assuming a plumbing issue) can make it tough with multiple people using one bathroom to bathe. Hot tub (though nice) only could get half of the jets to work, but enjoyed watching the stars in the sky And the sliding door/main door (IMO) does not lock, only can use a stick to jam it closed. For the price we paid and short drive (from Dayton) it was worth it 👍 I would book again just had a few issues I’ll plan for knowing next time.

Close to everything, but far enough from it all. A wonderful get-a-away in the rustic woods. The cabin has great amenities. The owners are super friendly. Enjoy a peaceful walk on the trails and be sure to stop and see the fairies.

The cabin I stayed at was absolutely wonderful. Fire pit, hit tub, BBQ, all very nice.
