These people are awful, I am hoping my review will inspire people to understand there are providers out there that care about your needs instead of your money. In my experience, they hired a young woman who was inexperienced in her field and made a mistake. She came to an inappropriate conclusion about me failing a urine test and despite the fact that there was no proof, and that both my entire family and I negated the so-called “positive test,” nothing was done. Even the nurse at this facility said that there likely was a mix up. I later had to report this facility to the Pennsylvania Department of Public Health, and once that happened, they were forced to change their protocol regarding urine testing. Water Gap Wellness Inn is a beautiful treatment facility for people struggling with mental health and addiction symptoms. The staff and treatment team members are compassionate, understanding and go above and beyond for their clients. The amenities and serene atmosphere have resort like quality and are complimentary to the clinical services the clients are provided while they are in treatment.
