Washington Dulles Airport Marriott

Anna Cohrine at the front desk was absolutely incredible. After a very hectic evacuation through the Middle East, arriving at the hotel was the first moment we were finally able to slow down and breathe. Anna greeted us with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism during check-in, and it meant more than she probably realizes. She made the process smooth, welcomed us warmly, and showed real compassion after a long and stressful journey. In moments like that, a friendly and understanding person at the front desk can make all the difference. Thank you, Anna, for your kindness and for turning a difficult day into a much better one. Your hospitality truly stood out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Positive: Proximity to Airport. That is why I booked it. BUT YOU COULD NOT WALK. Negative: It's two stories and very spread out so you have to walk a long long way to your room. And while it is near the airport you can't access airport from hotel. This is a miss.

238$ for a night with two beds. It's right next to the airport so whatever, but you'd think that would be enough for wifi. 13$ for 500KB speeds like it's 2005, you gotta pay even more for modern internet. We set the thermostat for 67 for the night, and it TURNED ITSELF BACK UP even though it's 53 degrees outside. The fridge can also only be turned on for 8 hours at a time... This place nickels and dimes you like crazy.

This hotel is a great choice for Dulles Airport. The free shuttle was every 15 minutes. I needed an earlier departure morning shuttle at 4 am and they took me at the earlier time. The lighting in the room was excellent with plenty of outlets. Everything in the room worked well. I am a platinum level Bonvoy and the lounge located near the reception area was great. I left too early for the breakfast, but the evening food was outstanding- barbeque sandwiches and fries. Everyone was helpful and the hospitality was excellent. I look forward to another stay.

Good hotel, even better restaurant. Our one-night room here was quiet and comfortable, at a fair price. The real star attraction of our stay, however, was dinner at Aviate Restaurant in the Marriott Hotel lobby. As was the case with our previous stay, Aviate's menu is creative. The preparation -- we had lentil soup, a burrata plate and a full salmon dinner -- was superb, especially the creamy, rich and flavorful lentil soup. Best of all was the attentive, warm and helpful service from Sharma, who is a real credit to this hotel and this restaurant. Sharma's "above and beyond" customer service deserves recognition and credit. If she hasn't won a Marriott "Employee of the Month" award as yet, she certainly should, as soon as possible.
