Excellent hotel! Julie at the front desk is super kind and remembers guests very well. She was the highlight of my stay! Rooms are clean and spacious. It is so nice to have a kitchenette for a longer term stay. Can't beat it!

Every part of this stay was fantastic starting with the front desk when I checked in. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was well maintained and quiet which is very important. The breakfast was spot on and the bfast were so nice and cheerful. They are in the great location since they are so close to Dulles and other restaurant options for the rest of the day. I plan on staying here the next time I am in town.

First of all, this hotel is beautiful, modern, and clean. Felt like a five-star hotel from the moment I walked in.||Second of all, the customer service here is the best I've ever experienced. I got in VERY early on a Friday (10:00 am). They were happy to let me check-in early, which was a saving grace because I had taken the Auto Train from Orlando the night before and got very, very little sleep. ||Thirdly, I booked my stay using Delta miles, but Delta hadn't paid the hotel, so at check-in, there were no funds received. They allowed me to check-in without paying, with an agreement between the front-desk person and myself that if Delta ended up not paying, I would give them a credit card. Positive: Staff was super nice. The suite had almost everything I needed. I left items in the room and got them back after I had already checked out! Negative: There were no magnifying mirrors in the bathroom. Just a small thing.

Hotel is located right in the middle of a nice shopping plaza that has something for everyone. Front desk staff checked us in without any issue and our room was clean. I guess it was a slow weekend so we got a minor upgrade. The hotel has an indoor gym, conference room, and pool with hot tub. Personally used the hot tub and pool and it did not feel overly chlorinated or frothy. Witnessed maintenance personnel check up on the pool and assuming they were monitoring water chemistry. Breakfast is included and I would say it is above average in terms of selection and quality. You got the typical breakfast proteins (eggs, sausage, bacon), cereals, yogurts, fruit, and waffle station. Depends on the day but overall satisfied.
