Positive: Nice and quiet Negative: It can be alot more cleaner

I booked a 3 night stay with me and my 3 children. When I went in, they had informed me that the pool had no permit, but I was able to go in that was the first impression I had called numerous times beforehand and they weren't answering the phone, the woman at the front desk was rude and hung up on me, I overlooked that when I booked into my room, the place was beyond disgusting, old Boogers on the wall, the bathroom was black.It was disgusting. I have never been through such an ordeal.I highly recommend you guys or anyone contemplating booking a room here , please don't this place is atrocious

Stayed here many times to go to the warm mineral lake. It is definitely retro. Looks like they did some upgrades since I was here last. Clean -upgraded bath room , dark curtain over old sliding door instead of old missing leveler slats. 50-60 vibe architecture. Full size fridge and microwave. Water comes out brown. Not the cleanest. My nice did not trust the sheets- stained and funky - we called the desk. They brought her brand new ones. The meet n greet guy is Indian and had Hare Kirsna books he offered free. The door dragged on floor warped. I kinda like the funk for a night. She did not enjoy it much. Hope she like the sulfur lake better🤣🤣🤣🤣btw. Pool looked great. Guy said it was not heated. Linens were dirty, floor was dirty, had to wear shoes at all times in the room so my feet didn't turn black. Pool was closwd by the department of health and there is no jacuzzi. Staff was fine, bed was okay. This place could be awesome with a few improvements and a pool that is open.

Don’t go! Looked nothing like pictures on their page. It was filthy. Couch had been covered as it was old & dirty. Sliding glass doors, filthy and hard to close. Chairs had mold, refrigerator was old, dented and not cooling. No coffee pot, not even a paper cup. Air read 79 and wouldn’t cool. The pool water was green with algae. Manager was rude. I have 12 pictures as proof.
