I have been coming to Wakeda for YEARS! The office staff are very friendly, the campground is very clean. They are close to the ocean! My family loves to camp here! The campsites are in the woods with paved roads for the littles to ride their bikes. It’s quiet and safe!
Just made it back home from here. We had a great time. The campground was awesome . Took me a couple trys around on the bike to not get lost lol. It is a big campground. Bigger than what I thought it was going to be. Yes the sites are a little close to one another but that was OK for us. Staff was super friendly, bathrooms were cleaned on the regular, all of our neighbors were cool. All in all we had a great time and would definitely camp here again
Camped here from Friday night to Sunday morning, the weekend after Labor Day. Clean, quiet, friendly, and spacious. Really enjoyed our stay here and everything was top notch.
Clean & quiet campground. It's deceptively massive! No groups of wild kids on golf carts screaming around here; just respectful families enjoying nature. Clean bathrooms & laundry room ($2.75: quarters only). Heads up; no pool here. Love the 1400hrs check out time for RVs. Love that there is a gate at the entrance with a code! Love that there is a separate dumpster for recycling! Convenient location: Just over 30mins to Kittery & 20ish mins to Sig Sauer. Looking forward to coming back!
Would love to come back but entering your country has become very difficult many of my friends felt like we weren't welcomed at the border some saying getting pulled over asking why were here still love your place
