Hampton Falls Inn

Very unfriendly no welcome at all Had to give her my license for id which is fine but then she proceeded to make a copy of it and when I asked why she said policy and when I ask what happens to it she stated they get stored in boxes in the basement *** really good set up for identity theft then proceeds to tell me a 100 dollar security hold would be put on my card really for a 2 star dump that was dirty with open pipes in the bathroom took a week for her to remove the hold. We stayed at 4 more places on our vacation and not one of them asked for id or placed a hold on my card and they were a lot nicer places

I'll save you the heachache: DON'T STAY HERE. The manager is wicked rude, the rooms are disgusting had to ask to change rooms because the first room stunk so bad and both rooms had black hair everywhere all over the bathroom floor, shower, sink and all over the sheets, on top of other stains. The couch in both rooms I saw should be thrown out absolutely disgusting. ( I have pictures of how horrible the 2 rooms I saw were) The manager should be embarrassed and definitely should NOT be a manager nor deal with any people.

Positive: Close to stores, restaurants and hampton beach area. This hotel is good for sleeping and being on the go. but would not spend a lot of time there. Negative: Needs updating and repairs. Could use outdoor seating on patio and grounds.

Got an online reservation on THEIR website. Screenshotted my reservation. Went to check in and conveniently they had no reservation under my name. I showed the desk clerk my screenshot. She said sorry no reservation in my name. So I asked if they had a room, she says yes at $159 per night. My reservation said my cost was $148.46 including fees and taxes. Now she tells me it's going to be $175+. I ask for her manager or supervisor, they are unavailable. Not willing to do anything to fix this at all. Here I am with 3 people, one a 5 year old child with no reservation. I paid begrudgingly. I have stayed here for many years but am finally done with them. I know they could care less as im just one person but hopefully others will see the way they do business and will go elsewhere. Personally I

Bed was awesome. Tried to rebook room for a return trip in 9 days but the price jumped from $150 to $219 US. Lady would not drop the price. Pool looked unused. Expensive hotel considering they have monthly tenants. Location was great as it is halfway from Ontario to Nova Scotia. Probably why it was pricey.
