Great place by the river to buy a house and make lasting family memories. No day passes here so there's always room on the beach for actual residents during busy seasons. Truly love it here!

Best place on the river for owning a place.nice looking homes and all the residents are middle aged and good down to earth people who have a little fun and keep a little respect towards others in the resort. A blast to hang out with.they know how to have a good time.

Best RV park to rent a spot for your house to be . Really down to earth people here . Most are going out in the sand and let your mine go free type with a going on trail rides regularly and cook off with games and drinks at night. By day enjoying boating and playing in the private beach.all around good place.

Absolutely fantastic place. We just bought a house here this past year and we have had a fantastic time. We have great neighbors and everyone is very friendly. This is a great place to make those family memories and we are excited for our future here and finding our happy place.

This park is owned and operated by the biggest jerk alive, he doesn’t take of the place we’ll and doesn’t allow you as a tenant to bring or invite any family or friends to come in the park, there’s so much more that makes living or visiting her in comfortable .
