Villa Verde RV & Mobile Park

Don't...just don't. This is a horrible park. My fiance and I lived here for about six months, it was a disaster. So from the beginning, the electric is old, constant power surges. We were charged a $200 electric deposit, it was not returned at the end of our stay, she was incredibly shady about what we actually owed. The park owner is not available, there is no on site mangement. The grounds are rundown, a lot of hoarder/drug user tenants. The maintenance people are nice but are limited help. The owner doesn't accept phone calls and barely responds to texts. There are feral animals running around, if you have any pets especially a dog, there are a lot of skunks and cats.  The owner is unreasonable and doesn't give proper electric readings, she gives hand scribbled bills on scraps of paper

No usual amenities such as club house, showers, WiFi. Owner charges 300 a month for some 350 for others and 200 dep for electricity but is not available to give refund

Quiet area but definitely not like most RV parks. Locals live there and too much drama

Manger keeps the place clean and keeps the ground looking good,a real safe and beautiful place to live.

Nice and quiet place to stay.
