Virage Hotel

The Virage is not worth the cost savings...when booking we weren’t aware it was behind Bentley’s Boutique Hotel. The cost savings is not worth it...the main hotel is much nicer and similarly priced. Originally, we got a room in which the AC didn’t blow out. Maintenance came and said it was new and there was nothing wrong with it. I argued there’s no way...it’s 81 degrees in here. He then “finds” a cable unplugged and states if we give it 45 minutes it will cool down. Of course, it did not...Then, they moved us to another room...it was very cool! The only downside was, it was flooded with 3 inches of water. At last, they moved us to the main hotel...the rooms are much nicer! The AC in this room worked much better but, took about 6-7 hours to get to sleeping temp. Also, the entry ways all sm

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was beautiful, very clean, loved they had a makeup remover toilet tree and the breakfast lady was the sweetest! She hooked me up <3 If im in the area again I'll definitely come back. Thank you for great stay.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were newly renovated. Pool was heated which was nice. There was live music by the pool. Breakfast was good and a good bonus, for those coffee lovers, lobby had a variety coffee machine with multiple types of cappuccino latte chocolate etc. Only down side was no decaf available. Overall nice experience.

At first it seemed a bit weird that we check into a different hotel and go to the one on back of Bentley’s Botique. We anticipated a let down, but we’re very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. It is big and spacious, was very clean and a fantastic deal. Plenty of towels, pillows and toiletries. The only thing I would improve is the room service sign. Apparently the sign that normally says “Do not disturb”, says “Room service please”, so our room didn’t get the new towels or bed made (but that was my fault for not reading it)! They provided extra towels anyway, so no harm done. Pictures were after I looked through the bedding to make sure of no stains or bugs (was made perfectly before my ocd)! Beds are very comfy. Thermostat is supposed to stay at 72 or above which is a bit warm for those of us coming from colder climates but otherwise great value. Clean rooms, nice pool area with food and a bar. I would stay here again
