Vintage Grace Texas Tiny Home Community

We love visiting my dad at Vintage Grace. My girls always have a lot of fun fishing, walking around the neighborhood and seeing Sam. Jim and Kathie keep the facilities clean and well maintained. They do so much to ensure that there is a real sense of community by hosting events that support friendly conversation, catching up with friends and loving one another. We really feel like every time we go out there it’s a real heavenly place to be. I know personally that my dad is so happy to be there. Love you both, Jim and Kathie!

I don’t personally live in Vintage Grace, however my mother has lived there for 3 1/2 years now and she absolutely loves it. It is such a relief to know she lives in a warm, welcoming, and family-like community. Every time I have visited her, Kathie & Jim always wave at me, and make an effort to say hello, and make me feel welcomed as well. Absolutely love Vintage Grace, and would highly recommend it for any adult children looking for places for their parents to spend a peaceful retirement!

My husband and I live in Michigan during the summer and fall months. Vintage Grace is our winter home. This will be our 6th winter/spring spent in this beautiful, peaceful and so very comfortable place. And we can hardly wait to get there! Jim and Kathie work hard to keep this little community so lovely and inviting as well as safe and secure. It is a place where people enjoy getting together and where neighbors feel like family. Jim and Kathie genuinely care for each of the residents and are quick to respond when there is a need. We feel blessed to have our Texas home in Vintage Grace. It is, indeed, our happy place!

I have lived at Vintage Grace for 3 1/2 years. This has truly been one of the best decisions about where to live in a tiny home!! Vintage Grace is a unique community with a variety of wonderful people….as well as standards that support the lifestyles we desire. The residents here are an active group with varying ages (ages within the guidelines for the community). A beauty, peaceful place to locate your tiny home. Positive experience all the way!! L.A.

Vintage Grace is a wonderful place to call our second home. Kathie, Jim and all the residents makes us feel like family when we come for the winter months. We feel very secure and safe here at VG. The catch and release fishing ponds on property are a wonderful past time for my husband who loves to fish. Jim and Kathie are working tirelessly to make sure our community is clean and Beautiful.
