Beautiful place to fish. So quiet and well managed. Family trip or a fishing trip. Booking up fast for this year's tournaments. A big shout out to the management team.
Patriot RV park is a great place to live! The property manager Cecil does an AMAZING job at keeping the place looking great and is very attentive with the residents. It is also situated on a GREAT spot on Lake Fork where there is PLENTY of fish! Great place to be!
14 years ago we rented a Rv space, thinking this might some place to go when we retire.m The first 5 0r so years everything was ok. We were going. there 3-4 times a year with our large family. After that business and ilnessnes kept us from going as often as we would liked. The last 3 0r so years we were not able to go at all because of ilnessness. but the lease was always current. larry was informed that we had not been to travel the 250 miles there, but we planned on keeping our space for when we were able. and that we were planning to upgrade the RV. We had already built a large deck and had large steel boat dock built to bring down there. We were v,irtually kicked out of there because we hadn't been able to come there and thst he had someone that would improve his lot. He told us he co
Don't know how they blocked all the negative reviews but the previous managers destroy this place. Used to be a waiting list to get in now over 30 open lots. Everyone jumps for joy they are gone. Awful people, never should have been allowed to be able to manage people. Nasty people. Now we have hope. The new manager is a good man. If the owners let him run the place the way he wants we have hope. Sad thing is the owners. don't have a clue how to manage a place like this. Hopefully they will let Ceacle (new manager) show them. But because they think they know best which time has proven they don't have a clue we will have to see.
My home burned down and I am staying in Patriot RV Park. It is across the street from our burn out. The people are welcoming and friendly. The place is maintained very well. I have enjoyed it.
