Vineyard Harbor Motel - Private Beach

I know I should have taken photos of our room, but we were in two. The first room had a leak in the bathroom and we were moved within minutes. The second room was nice at first glance. Once in the room I noticed the room needed work, but that was not my issue. Workers were staying at the hotel and the smoke from them or the homeless guy in the red jacket was in the halls and flowed to our room. Last you should know this is not a Ritz Carlton. I picked the motel because it was quaint and looked good in the pictures. I was wrong. Trim in the room was simple wood that had some paint and needed more. If you think basic the place will meet your expectations!

Love the hotel and the location!! Had a welcoming stay and were taken good care of. They stored our bikes that we rented. Stored our luggage on arrival and departure. Room was clean and well appointed. Spencer was a hoot! He was so nice and helped us with dining recommendations and great service.

I stayed at the vineyard harbor motel in July with my kids. The office staff and staff around the motel were great and super friendly to me and my kids. The beds are very comfortable and the place was a clean nice environment. I will be back !!! Thank you Vineyard Harbor Motel for your 5 star service. Super friendly, and a pleasure to deal with through our entire stay.

Prime location motel for a night or two. Reasonably priced for the stay. Some rooms are more updated than others but overall just what you need for simple lodging. Near all the fun stuff in the area. Staff was super nice and attentive to our needs and giving us a nicer room without us asking. Would definitely be back.

Great spot on the Vineyard. Only a 5 min walk from the Vineyard Haven ferry. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Private beach has a nice view of the harbor and is great to sit and relax in. Great value, you can spend a lot more and get a lot less in other locations on the island. Would definitely return for another stay.
