Village Haven Inn & Extended Stay

Very rude front desk and paid premium cash daily and they evicted two days early on a weekly rental price paid cash 477.00 . Our rooms were not clean hair in tub no sanitary. The bathrooms and plumbing had issues and mold. The beds and sheets had not been sanitized. Cleaning staff that lived on property did help us out with left products as our things were taken every time we had left property to work and leave chargers. They let us know rooms were rented to a nonstop drug dealing prostitution and people who have been uprooted due to fires in our area and awaiting relief. Stayed this first few weeks paying days at a time as it was plow season...had missing tvs broken lamps...got burned trying to take shower as handles incorrectly put on wrong tap I got scalded on foot and friend was burned

Positive: The room that I booked was not clean and the second room they gave had broken tiles dirty shower and it looked nothing like I had booked. The blanket had burn marks. Negative: I didn?t like anything the desk attendant was really nice

Stayed one night and was better off sleeping in my vehicle. To say this place was disgusting was an understatement. Burn holes in blanket,no shower curtain and tub was black and dirty. Soap dispenser in shower looked like it was never wiped down in over 10 years,no toilet paper holder,the back window was broken and anyone could have gotten into my room. There were no curtains on the window and no remote control for the television. This place needs a complete overhaul

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The photos are deceiving. We booked here because from the photos it looked nice. We drove nearly 6 hours for a wedding. We get there and the front office is dirty and smells, but I held onto hope and optimism that it was just the front office. Wrong- dead wrong. We get our room and the door is all but a shack door. It would never keep anyone out and I immediately felt unsafe. The deadbolt didn’t even work. The room was DISGUSTING! There was mold ALL over the curtains, dirt and dust everywhere. Paint peeling. Things were broken. Within 5 minutes we had our stuff back in the car, demanded a refund, and left.

Was in the room for a few moments sitting on the bed when 2 roaches crawled up on top of my phone that was sitting in the center of the bed. Asked for a refund at the front desk and they told me to call the manager in the morning and only a new room could be given. Not to mention the rooms are uncleaned, the bathroom is definitely dirty. Bad experience for this customer. 👎🏻
