Villa Inn Hotel-Motel

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect for the Fremont Street Experience. The room size was smaller but great for my girlfriend and I. It was clean and quite as advertised. Alex helped me make my reservation and he was extremely kind. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to be in the Old Downtown area. BONUS: The Donut Bar- Las Vegas is just around the corner and has some crazy cool donuts. The Free Parking included in your rental was incredibly convenient for me as well.

I'd never been to Las Vegas so we were lost around the city but this place was rather easy to spot as its front entry was right on a big blvd. The lady was kind and sweet when we inquired for info. Thought we'd find another one way cheaper and better located than this one but ended up spending 2 night there for nothing else seemed to make a huge difference. The rooms were clean and pretty cozy, although I'd consider bringing myself more towels next time haha. In the second night the lady's son knocked on our door to say we needed to change rooms because there was a problem down there with the sewage pipes or something like that. He kept apologizing and offered a 50% discount for the inconvenience. It was really worth coming across with this comfy place.

I love this place, even call the owner Mama. Her and her son are so nice. Reasonable rates and not a high deposit that they refund you when checking out. Cozy rooms. Close to Fremont Street experience. Within walking distance. Thank you Mama and brother 😆 Never change and God bless you always. Still # 1. Motel in my opinion.

I am writing a review because I paid for my best friend who is a army vet to stay here because of what I heard of the great reviews and she called me today saying the Asian lady kicked her out accusing her of lots of traffic and being loud when she was asleep the whole time . I know because I called her all day and night and she was passed out I was supposed to meet her for dinner . She has cancer and she doesn't know anyone . For anyone to accuse of her being loud and having too much foot traffic is crazy . If you wanted to rent the room to someone else why make up stories. But I guess other guest who actually live there and stay monthly said she does this all the time so to all my followers on social media please avoid this place because they discriminate and mistreat you . Came to Vegas for a festival near Fremont and chose this quaint little motel instead of staying at the D or Golden Nugget. I highly appreciate the size of the property - no huge casino to trek through, no loud pool party morning music, no long checkin lines. Just a family owned motel in a perfect location managed with pride and great hospitality!! Our room looked recently updated. It was very clean and the mattress was perfectly firm for our backs after long days at the festival. After booking for 2 nights - we choose to stay a 3rd instead of going to the strip. This motel makes for a fabulous 3 night weekend Vegas getaway. Keep it mind - this place isn’t the Ritz so don’t bring high standards, low star reviews and negative comments because there’s no resort fee here 🤑🤑
