The condition of the room and hotel facilities were far below any reasonable expectation of quality, and I have documented the following specific concerns, supported by attached pictures and videos: 1. Unsafe and Unstable Flooring: The flooring on the first floor was not level, resulting in constant noise and vibrations when walked upon. Certain sections of the floor even shook. 2 Faulty and Aged Facilities: The hair dryer in the room was not functioning properly and showed clear signs of deterioration, with its plastic casing yellowed and visibly aged. This reflects poor maintenance and a disregard for guest safety and comfort. 3 Unsettling Atmosphere and Window: The narrow and poorly lit stairwells created an uncomfortable and unsettling environment, particularly at night. I booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the Hollywood sign. What an absolute find! We arrived past office hours and was greeted by Tom who treated us like family. I originally booked the neoclassic suite and was informed that we have been upgraded to the Parisian suite which to my delight fits my taste for romance. There’s a slight steep stairs up to the room. Tom gave us a mini tour and its history. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, full size kitchen. My favorite part was the chandelier in the bedroom and the softest bedsheets ever! Beware the parking spot is really tight. One night stay is not enough to truly enjoy this gem! It’s only 20mins walk to the Chinese theatre and around the corner was Roscoe’s chicken and waffles. Can't quite fathom the reviews of late, we had a great time staying for 1 night in LA pre Coachella 2019.||||Having landed from the UK we just wanted to check in easily, eat and sleep and Tom was so very helpful when we arrived the whole process was pain free.||||The 2 room suite we had was beautiful inside with the old features and comfy bedding and furniture. Free parking on site which is very rare so close to the Hollywood Boulevard. Noise was to a minimum as well.||||Great service, great amenities and an amazing location, all for less than $60pp a night. Would stay again for sure.

I stayed there with my family in the last week of July and cannot recommend Villa Delle Stelle enough. Spacious, clean, thoughtfully furnished and with a parking space that is so difficult to find in Hollywood. The location is brilliant, we walked up to the Chinese Theatre, Madame Tussauds & the Walk of Fame in under 20 minutes. There is a Starbucks, Dennys & local shop within one block which enable you to get everything you need. Tom went above and beyond to help and made so many great recommendations. An absolute gem of a place to find and stay in !

We had no idea this beautiful hotel existed! You must read the history of the building; it's so interesting and made our visit that much more special. We wanted to stay close to the Hollywood Bowl and Uber to the venue, which was perfect. Villa Delle Stelle offered to order dinner for us and have it waiting upon our arrival. We were able to eat and sip wine, all the while taking in the incredible ambiance of the suite (we stayed in the Parisian). We were sad that we hadn't booked a longer stay because it was that lovely. We got phenomenal recommendations for things to do from Tom, the absolutely darling hotel manager, who was readily available to make our stay extra special. Tom is a gem! I highly encourage everyone to book a getaway at the Villa Delle Stelle; you won't regret it!
