Sometimes in life you get bored and you you need someone to talk to. They had a young gentleman named Jaden working at the desk who is willing to hang out and just talk. Such a good kid! I will be staying here again. These people are so kind. They keep your rooms clean. I believe the GM 's name is Cindy, Cindy. Please don't get rid of Jaden. He is a good kid.

The service was excellent. I stayed for 2 weeks and housekeeping was very consistent. The front staff was great especially Amir who was very helpful when I made a mistake on my booking. I will definitely return when I have business in the mid-valley. Location was hood as near freeway but still quiet.

Within the south Texas border area this resort stands out as among the very best. A large park, its not without its problems, but day after day none of those issues bothered us enough to make note of them. With 1100 sites within its boundaries, occasional water or electrical outages in smaller areas does happen, but this past entire winter none of these issues affected us ever even once. Over 2800 palm trees are within its borders and create an ambiance that must be noted.

First room was pretty bad. Very dirty, terrible bed. Second one was better. Beds need to be updated. They’re old, squeaky and worn for sure. Very nice gentleman that work overnight shift.

I love the look palm trees everywhere nice and neat has a pool. They don’t offer hot breakfast just cereal and waffle and bagels. Room are out dated old furniture but our shower was big and the water pressure was great. Beds were not as soft but okay. I got a double bed suite so price was good. Had a separate bedroom living room and full kitchen. I would stay at this hotel again.
