Was renting here for 2 years, never was late on making payments never gaved any trouble even after they broke the glass door when cutting grass and never replace it. And stuff with the trailer that where coming apart when it was supposed to be brand new, Something came up and wasnt able to notify them i was leaving with the exact 30 day prior. Since i didnt notify them on the 1st i did let them know on the 6th it was only a few day difference i didnt make any damages to the trailer. They wont refund full deposit back i would understand if it was a last minute thing or maybe them not refunding everything but partial it was a 600.00$ deposit and they wont refund it not even atleast partial for a 6 days difference. Or after never being late on payments or causing trouble they will only preten

I purchased a place here several months ago and visited for the first time in July of 2025! I was hesitant at first however I have been VERY pleased! The manager here at the park (Ms Abby) is wonderful! She is very responsive to requests and goes out of her way to help find resources to make settling in here easier! Over all management is consistently working to keep improvements moving forward. The young man we have experienced recently who is handling maintaining the grounds etc. Is also very polite, responsive and extremely thoughtful as to how his job affects the residents and visitors here. OMAR is a "keeper"! A real asset to the park! I MAY just have to make this visit permanent!

We love this quaint RV park. They have been kind, helpful and full of neighborhood activities that make you feel like family. This is home away from home for many seeking to escape northern winters, with monthly activity’s scheduled, dinners, games, spacious community rooms, billiards room. Facilities include spacious clean laundry rooms, restrooms and showers. It’s always clean and well kept facilities and grounds. In the summer it’s a quiet beautiful place for those looking to be located near an abundance of outdoor vacation adventures like beaches, wildlife parks, hiking, biking, fishing and much more. It’s right in the heart of plenty of shopping and restaurants for the city lovers also! With weather that has been incredible even with the summer heat! Konigs has a cool calming atmos

I’ve been a resident at Koenig for a few years now. Manager Abby is very respectful and nice, definitely recommend. Omar the maintenance man has really been keeping up with the park maintenance

Do not recommend living here at all!!! Especially with supervisor Abby very very rude and unprofessional!!! Staying with tenants deposits.
