If you’re considering renting, it will probably be fine—but I do not recommend buying from this company.||When my family lost our parents, we reached out for guidance about what to do with their timeshare. Unfortunately, the response focused more on commissions than on offering any real help or compassion to our family. We experienced an unpleasant phone call, followed by poor communication, and when I shared my concerns, the owner responded with name-calling rather than professionalism.||No one from the company made an effort to reach out or help us sort things out—even though the main salesperson (who referred to herself as a realtor) had previously claimed to be friendly with my parents. Had a great 2 weeks, Super View and took advantage of the Pontoons available, Guest Lounge, Hot Tub & Pool. Heard from other residents how happy they are with the management and now has White Sand Beach all new. Anything we needed was quickly dealt with and my hat's off to Steve and all the Staff for a wonderful stay.

An awesome place to enjoy lunch on the beach. Great food, excellent service, perfect location.

We bought two weeks here back in the early 80’s before this opened. Many things have changed in the area, but the beach is still the main attraction. Great place for kids and adults. And I should mention the management group here now, they seem to be very good. Through the years, there has been a few that were not.
