Bentley Village Guest Lodge

I am going to be honest in this review backed up with pictures. This was my second visit. The staff is fantastic from check in/out to housekeeping. The location is great . The outdoor pools lovely …, BUT …… 1) The rooms are adequate, very dated, (but much less expensive than other outside hotels ). 2) The beds did not feel like a queen as advertised, but more like double sized . (They were comfortable.. just too small) 3) The towels were VERY hard and scratchy / rough. The bath towels were so small, that they could not fit around my husband’s waist . The last time l visited ( a year and a half ago ) my friend dropped off the comment card regarding the need for new towels . 4) The television is confusing 🫤. Visited my dad who just recently moved in here. We were at guest lodge. Exceptional place. Housekeeping very good. Location wonderful. Had great family time playing bocci ball and swimming in the beautiful pool. Breakfast for lodgers was good. Ate at the seaside and lakeside both were good. Being a nurse I wanted to tour all the health care and assisted living areas and did that. All inclusive for residents living within the community from living step down units, to therapy to dr. On site if needed. Very well planned.

Great place to stay when visiting family at Bentley Village. The accomodations are first class and everyone is so helpful and friendly. Gracious service and great atmosphere.

Great accommodations while visiting my Dad. I’m wondering when the Lodge will be taking reservations again for an April or May visit. Thanks

Always nice to say here to visit family. I don't like the renovations however. I prefer the older decor
