Tried to rent a room for a month. Rooms are disgusting and not anything like the pictures on their website. So before you go think again and find someplace else to stay.

Jamie is the owner and he is a greedy, greedy man. I went there with my three kids and my boyfriend and we paid for a month. We ran into some hardship and it was cheap to stay there to get everything figured out. Everyday Jamile was screaming at people and we could hear it through to our room. It would wake us up! There's no hot water. He had a guy do some work to his motel and he refused to pay him and we could hear them yelling and arguing right outside our room for over an hour! We ended up leaving earlier than a month and he wouldn't refund our money or our security deposit! When we would leave the motel to get food a couple times we noticed someone came in our room and moved stuff. Point blank: Do Not Stay Here. I will update my review later but I can't even take a shower there because the pressure of the water and she will not get it fixed. I rather take a shower in the rain. The refrigerator does not work and she gets all this money and she will not replace it. The place is dirty. She has bed bugs here. 90% of her rentals are condemned and she charges the rooms based on I guess people's appearances and their needs. For example one customer was paying $924 for room 11 and the customer that's there now is paying 800. She has my husband doing maintenance work yet she is having him do electrical work and landscaping to get her trailer un condemned and she expects him to work all day 7 days a week. I am very impressed with this lodge being that it is located in the heart of the strip, right off the highway of rt 11 and 15. Everyday hundreds of vehicles pass daily. No motel/hotel offers the rates weekly or monthly like this one does. In this area normally for one night is around $150, whereas weekly rates here makes it about 35/40 per night and monthly from 25/30 per night. Not to mentioned each room has access to a full kitchen with everything already in it. I've now stayed here for over a month and have no rush to go anywhere. There is guest that have been staying over 5 years. Even without transportation you can still comfortable stay here being that turkey hill, and also a strip mall are all walking distance. Do not go here. I booked a room for my friend and I on Expedia. First warning was payment was only accepted at establishment. Couldn't pay Expedia directly. When I got there to check in. The owner and only staff member wasn't there. He asked someone if they could cover him while he was away which should be warning #2. But we went to our room and it was horrendous. The room was filthy, sheets had stains, floor had stains, room was tiny and a double bed barely fit. TV was an old box tv. Ac didn't work. Broken window, etc. Room had nothing else. In order to try for a refund, I had to call the owner who ended up yelling at my friend and I over the phone for explaining why we would like a refund. This room looked like a $30 max room.
