When I told the lady the that it was not working, she said to me, "I'm sure it is working". I told her the at he thermostat looked like it was disconnected from the wall and there was no power. Another worker at the hotel got up from eating there in the "lobby" and came to look at it. Yes the air conditioner was unplugged!|The bed was a brick with sheets on it.|The bath towels are the size of the face towels and have the thickness of a sheet. If there are 2 of you staying in the room you only get 2 towels so if you shower twice during your 1 night stay, prepare to hang your towels.|The people that run/own this establishment will do every

If I could give 0 stars I would, I booked a stay back in May for this location on Expedia. Arrive at the check in time and get turned away by a RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL desk clerk, would not even listen when I had a confirmation number, refused to talk to me and told me to call the website for a confirmation. I called and when the representative wanted to speak to him on my phone he refused to and told me they needed to call him personally, within seconds he gets the call and proceeded to tell them he has not confirmed my reservation and hangs up on them. The representative on my side passed me along to his supervisor to escalate the situation.
