Vacation Village in the Berkshires

Great spot down the road from Jiminy. Activities and movies during the day for those who don't ski. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Posting says 11min walk to Jiminy but that would have to be from their welcome sign to the Jiminy welcome sign. It is a short drive so easy to be on the slopes when they open bright and early to beat the crowds, leave mid day to relax at the condo and then back again for night skiing. Single room condo was comfortable to fit 4 with the pull out couch. Kitchen stocked enough to make a simple meal with toaster, microwave and induction cook top (no oven).

Great experience at the Vacation Village. There was a good line to check in, but the employees were well staffed and worked hard to keep things moving. We really enjoyed the room with a view of the forest and the hot plate was perfect for making breakfast and reheating leftovers. The fridge was full sized and had an ice maker. The room doesn't have a dishwasher, but they had a nice drying rack so it was easy to keep up with. Great location with nice amenities. We enjoyed the indoor pool and it was helpful to have the vending machine in the game room. Would definitely stay again!

We had seven different families gather together and had a great time. We enjoyed the swimming pool, billiards, ping-pong, table, hot tub, and thoroughly used the kitchen together all 30+ friends of ours. It’s not modern at all, but very cozy and has everything you need to feel pretty much at home. Location is great too

Positive: What a great hotel. People nice. Room perfect full size fridge. Nice pool and playroom for kids. Negative: Since we only stayed for 1 night and moved on, the only downfall I see is having to drive across the street to the mountain. Unless there is a ski in ski out I don?t know about.

Needs better pillows larger beds had 4/5 small pillows rather than an actual pillow. The toilet paper was very rough we ended up buying our own. Noisy guests above us the entire trip. Would recommend shower heads to be cleaned. Overall a good stay but not the greatest.
