Uwharrie Cabin Rentals

Pros: Great location, clean, just enough amenities, good hot water and heat, comfortable beds. Outdoor grille, fire pit and picnic table were awesome, though climbing up and down while you’re cooking was a little tedious. Cons: Small mall fridge and small toilet, for me were the only drawbacks. It’s one open room so if you need privacy there will be none.

Great place if you want to do a mini vacation the cabins are pretty spread out didn't hear the people around us. And great place for hiking. Would definitely come back. The only thing I would change is for it to be pet friendly.

Good basic accommodations as a home base for hiking. The cabin was cute and pretty clean. There were quite a lot of crumbs on the couch, however. Nothing fancy, but everything you need for a short trip away from home. Very conveniently located for hiking at Uwharrie.

We stayed two nights here on a recent road trip and could not say enough good things about our experience. Our cabin, the Ponderosa, was simply but adequately furnished with a full kitchen, bathroom, two cozy beds, and satellite TV. The front porch and the outdoor grill and fire pit areas are well kept and perfect for relaxing in your rocking chair or starting a bonfire. Unfortunately, due to rain during our stay we were not able to take advantage of the fire pit but were really looking forward to it. The nearby wooded areas make for some nice light hiking and there are some larger trails through the Uwharrie National Forest within walking distance. My 3-year-old son loved being able to come in from playing with sticks and pinecones to wind down with a couple episodes of Paw Patrol. To top

Beautiful cabin retreat. Reserving it with Kenny was easy. The cabin was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed while we were there. Good wifi and cable TV. The bathroom looked new, it was so clean! Water was hot (but you might need to turn on the breaker when you get there). The kitchen had a mini fridge and no dishwasher. Out stay was great and I will be looking to come here again!
