USA Inn and Suites

We were attracted to the advertised low price in the high $70s range, but were charged over $100 plus $10 extra for a 3rd person, our child. We needed to ask for an extra set of towels. Our non-smoking room had multiple cigarette holes melted into a bedcover. The sheets were clean. The fabric on the chair was stained. Floor was not very clean either. There was no way to lock the adjoining room. The AC worked, but it was very loud making it hard to sleep. The balcony seemed cool, but felt unsafe as it angled forward. We liked being able to park outside our door. The complimentary breakfast was a handful of small Hostess-like cakes. If you wanted something to drink with your breakfast, there were soda and water bottles for sale, but we did not find out there was a charge until we picked up 3

I was traveling to Morgantown and needed a place to stay for one night. I checked out the various listings of hotels and motels in the area, and settled on this. Earlier reviews had not been good, but seemed to have improved in recent months. I decided that it was worth a try. The listing on a third-party travel site said that they were pet friendly. They were not.||||I made my reservation and arrived around 11PM when I traveled. The room was not in the main building that is pictured in the ad, but is in a smaller building across the road. The 'non-smoking' room was said to provide two double beds and all other amenities. ||||We arrived at the hotel and I checked in. Nice room, good price. Worked in the area for 2 days. Will be staying again if I find myself in the area

This was by far the most disgusting hotel i have ever been too. Beyond filthy. My socks are back and ruined from the dirty carpet. There was dead bugs smashed onto the walls that house keeping never cleaned. dead bugs in the shower. someone else hair all over the shower walls, the sink, the bathroom floor and all over the pillows. pulled back the blanket to find nothing more than a rollaway bed and stains all over the sheets. and the smell in the room was just horrible. unfortunitly there was no other available hotel room the night i stayed but the room was so bad that i ended up sleeping in my car and showering at a truck stop. hotel looks nothing at all like the pictures they show. and the staff is no where near friendly and inviting. old and run down.
