Under the Trees Cabin

We had such a wonderful stay at Cabin Under the Trees! We brought our two little girls (both toddlers), and we made memories we’ll remember forever. They thought of everything—pack-and-plays were ready to go, there were plenty of games and activities for the kids, and the cabin was stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The space itself is cozy, spotless, and beautifully set up. We especially loved the hot tub—it was so relaxing after a day of exploring—and the big deck where we could just sit, listen to the quiet, and take in the trees. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Big Trees State Park is only a few minutes away, and walking among giant sequoias that are thousands of years old was an unforgettable experience. Lovely cabin in a perfect area. Surprisingly spacious (three bedrooms, two bathrooms and you're not up against other cabins!!! You definitely feel under the trees). We have two kids and the enclosed deck, hot tub and close drive to lakes and the lube room make this cabin perfect! Would recommend and we will be there again soon!

Great for a family retreat. We are a blended family,, so having three bedrooms on two levels was perfect. The cabin has everything you need from Apple TV to a espresso machine to a BBQ on the back deck, and it's on a huge lot that must be a few acres. It felt like it was further away from the neighbors than it really was because you could only see one other house from the cabin. It was about a 10 minute drive to the lake and the 'town' of Arnold where there was grocery, pub, gas, and pretty much everything else you need fo the trip. The pools at the rec center close on Labor day, so we didn't get to them, but they look nice from the fenc line.

Adorable cabin! My daughter and I spent a fun filled weekend at this cute cabin - a perfect size for one or a couple of families. The house was super clean and well appointed. We enjoyed its looks - rustic but fresh, neat, and with all the things one needs after a day of wilderness play: hot showers, new appliances (extra points for the laundry room), comfy beds, fast WiFi, a hot tub, and a wood burning stove to kick back in front of. There's even enough of a slope to the yard for adequate sledding for little ones. And right now, there's a LOT of snow! We'll be back!

We chose this cabin because my wife loved the tub. I've added the photo that they still have online and a photo of the actual tub. The online photo has been adjusted so it makes the tub look bigger than it actually is. I asked for a partial refund and they gave it to me. It's disappointing that they still haven't updated/corrected the online photos. In my book, that's deception. As to the rest of the cabin and the area, they were absolutely beautiful. This place is great to stay at and the other cabins aren't close. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and would've given it a higher rating if it weren't for the tub and the fact that they still haven't updated their online photos. I gave them time to do so before posting.
