About 1 mile in to the waterfall from this trail head/parking area. Great view. Went with a few other people and we all had a good time. Can have mosquitoes, ticks, and snakes about. Popular trail.
Its a small hike, but its peaceful and quiet. Its a beautiful waterfall.
This trail is awesome. Thank God the huge rattle snake we crossed a few weeks ago was already dead. IT WAS BIG!!! What a beautiful oasis in the hills. Fun at winter as well. An all season trail. WATCH FOR RATTLE SNAKES!
Great hike for kids, except the end near the falls was a bit treacherous. Also be careful for stinging nettle and poison oak, both of which are plentiful along the trail.
Hiked the 0.8 miles to the falls from here on a very hot day. Thankfully the valley is reasonably well shaded and the hike is reasonably easy to do.
