Quality Inn Selah North Park

Yikes! Don’t stay here. This hotel’s website says it has a heated pool/spa. It does not. The pool was ice cold. The book in the room also shows a pool/spa located by the front desk. The bed was like sleeping on a board. When I checked out, I told the front desk, and she said she would leave a message for the manager. I never received a call from him. I then filed a complaint with the corporate office and received no call from them either. So I called today and was connected to the hotel manager. I could not understand half of what he said. However, he kept repeating that the pool was free and the breakfast was free. I told him I wanted my money back, and he said no. I asked for an email address so I could show him what his website lists under property amenities. I still couldn’t unders

The staff was over the top helpful. I reserved on line and then realized I had the wrong date. When I called the gentleman that answered easily deleted my reservation and I was able to reenter the correct one. I checked in super late, yet the clerk on site was so helpful and friendly. She made me feel welcome. I was also very impressed with the room. It was much bigger than I had expected and super clean. I really like the facilities!

This hotel has a phenomenal staff! I’d rate the service & cleanliness of the facility a 10+++. A real “ steal” of a deal and the rooms were very nice for the price.

We haven't had such a good hotel experience in years! The price was so reasonable for the clean room, friendly service and a safe/quiet location. We were thankful to my son who recommended this hotel and let everyone know they should send their out-of-town guests here for their stay. OUTSTANDING!

Positive: It was close to the job site and away from the more rough parts of town. Negative: Wifi didnt work at all couldnt connect it to any devices and the smart tvs didnt stream, tub was clogged, stayed 5 nights didnt get a turn down service once. Male manager was rude and offputting walked around on his phone instead of being any help at all.
