We stopped in for a couple of days to visit friends and were pleasantly surprised. The site was spacious with excellent water pressure, and the entire park was clean and well maintained. We definitely plan to be back—next time we’ll be renting a boat and giving the fishing a try!
Checked in on 24 January and out on 30 April 2025 to a RV site. Easy to get to site and set up. Park is quiet and very well laid out and maintained. Easy access to Ft Benning PX and Commissary. Lots of things to do and see in the Phenix City Alabama/Columbus Georgia area. Highly recommend this campground. I rate this a 10+++.
Beautiful, cozy cabin, just what I needed! Staff was so incredibly helpful before and after my arrival. Very accommodating. Very knowledgeable about the army base and information I needed for there. I would choose to stay here anytime I would be in the area.
Great place to get away and still be close to base and downtown Columbus. Clean, reasonable, and nice! The staff (Sarah and Deborah) were amazing. Larry, maintenance guy was super fun and fast to respond to anything you need. Highly recommend! Would stay again!
The reception center has went way down hill. No bait except worms in a fridge. And all the shelves with options are gon and there is 1 small cookie stand. Ladies working there were wonderful and polite
