The biggest problem is the road noise! Seems as though thru numerous complaints about the noise that they would put up a fence next to the road. Outside row of sites are 20 yards or closer to Alabama 165 or as some of the residents call it the Alabama 500! Also my particular site has the electric pedestal on the right rear side of the site and the water is on the left middle of the site. Not very convenient for hooking up.Also the sewer connection is 6 inches out of the ground and at a 45° angle. Again not very user friendly. Price is reasonable and the park is pretty clean.

Mostly long term/permanent residents. No amenities, no tables. The manager is very nice. If the road noise was not so loud constantly, all day and night, I would have given this higher ratings. The park itself is quiet but it is directly beside an extremely busy and noisy two lane highway. Bring a fan if you want to sleep at night - that will help drown out the noise. All back in sites and we were able to back in our 44 ft fifth wheel.

Mostly a trailer park with RV sites. I stayed for a little less than 2 months. I actually would have gotten ripped off for about 4 days that over lapped from the first month but I chose to leave sooner anyway. THERE ARE SOOOOOOOO MANY POTHOLES. The first month on a paved semi level site with no trees in the blistering sun all day right near the very noisy busy highway. The second was off the road a bit more with lots of tree coverage which we loved. Our only site complaint at the shaded site was flooding. We lived in a mud pit we could barely pull our cars or rig out of anytime it rained. We actually got our RV stuck trying to pull out and their Bobcat broke down in front of that site for days. Site needed serious leveling as well. Not sure why but there’s a strong smell of sewage sometim

The road is very loud. The residents, which they have many, are not friendly. Plenty of space to park, very wide. Can't say anything else about this place.

Great place to stay long term or short term. Next to the Highway but actually quiet; neighbors don’t make much noise and haven’t had any trouble. Location is very close to base. The dumpsters are regularly emptied and lawns are consistently maintained. The price is decent considering that other trailer parks in the area want 500 to 800 bucks just for a hookup. Paying rent is simple and easy, only $10 fee if you miss a payment. Sue is very friendly and manages the place well. Branching Pines offers a place to live at a fair price, it’s a trailer park I can’t speak to the specifics of other’s 1 star reviews but it is a trailer park, what do y’all expect?
