Guys will work with you. Yeah, they kinda change the price on you but they will work with you again. They’re nice and will do their best to accommodate you; you’ve just gotta ask them. They’ve helped me and my girlfriend, even supplied us with a can opener.

Please don't stay here. The rooms are nothing like the pictures. They are filthy and stink of urine and cigarette smoke. They don't have a maid to clean the rooms and have told us that's it's the room renters/ night stayers job to clean the room. The $199 weekly deal was bumped up to $356 because their was my husband and I. He messes up the card machine so you have to pay cash and you don't get refunded. The room was infested with bugs. If you plan on showering or washing hands than bring your own soaps and towels and shampoo because they won't provide any.

I stayed here for a week, quiet place. Rooms were newly renovated and Price was very affordable from most motels nearby Tyler area. Fast wifi too!

Just walked to end of building to look at hotel before spending my money and the front desk guy is flipping me off. When I go in the office starts going on about me trespassing. I told him I was looking at the building and was interested in a room but not if that’s how he treats potential customers. He then went on to say I needed to leave and swear at me more. I will never get a room here. Terrible experience from the start. Just go to Rose City. They treat you with respect at least.
