Sleep Inn & Suites Tyler South

Would give this hotel 100 out of 10! Drove 16 1/2 hours from Jacksonville Florida., There was some issues with my booking through a third-party but Christina at the front desk was able to accommodate my family at 6 in the morning and get us comfortably situated! We are So grateful for the kindness. We were able to get a really great breakfast which I would give 100 out of 10 as well and get some rest before visiting family for the weekend! We'll never stay anywhere else when we come to visit Tyler and all of our family is here so that will be quite a bit! Sleep Inn definitely has our vacation plans locked in When expecting rest relaxation🥰

Room was clean & quiet. We arrived at 3am & the person working the front desk was awesome. Breakfast had Texas shaped waffles (which my kids loved!) along with a variety of other items. Prices were great!

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was all wonderful. Breakfast was top tier. All front desk workers were nice and friendly especially Romayne she is the best ever. Room was clean and the shower was prime hot water and goated water pressure. Also located in a great location right in the heart of Tyler.

Although the rooms are dated, they are clean and comfortable. The bedding was nice and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast and dining area were adequate; however, I wish they had oatmeal. Scott, the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, providing plenty of information. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a nice walking/jogging trail next to it.

The hotel is clean as a pin, the staff, Joanna, Karla , Luz (in charge of housekeeping) and Armando the manager are wonderful. Our rooms were so nice and clean, the breakfast (included) is wonderful and everyone there is so incredibly kind and helpful. I loved this special hotel. I highly recommend it.
