Two Springs RV Resort

This is a great RV park. You can own a lot or call the office to rent a lot. It has a nice pool area with jacuzzi and grills. Great restroom area with showers. Many full timers keep activities going alk the time. It is a fun place to stay!

The park is clean, drive way is paved but cracked and uneven. RV standard sites are desert sand (can be uneven) for RV and concrete pads for yr car and it's on the drivers side. The premium sites are not much different the RV site are either gravel or desert sand but rest of the area are paved. Sites have ample space on both sides and surrounded by edge flowering plant. All sites are back in. Sewer and hook-up's some are at the back. Water pressure normal. |Internet is only good for browsing and videos. The pool and and hot tub are good. There is no workout room. |We have a 45 foot motorhome and had tough time driving to RV site and backing into a site was really tough. |Please be aware it's extremely windy. Can't pull out any shades and could feel the slides shake at times from wind. |T

We bought into this park 4 years ago. Upon arrival several residents came out to introduce themselves and to offer help. We love this park. Exceptional residents and friendly staff. The lots have mature greenery. They are spacious and private. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great activities! Great views! We do get some windy days. Minutes to the freeway and downtown Palm Springs. We really do love our time spent here at Two Springs. The people are very friendly, our site is more private than other Palm Springs RV resorts. We plan on having our site for many years to come. The park may be a little older but the people and privacy make up for it. The sights here are beautiful done. Everyone has there own personality in how they designed their lot. Two Springs RV resort is a great place to spend our winter and spring season.

If you are buying, talk to the long time residents about Manager. He will make ownership regretful. Manager has limited hours and will blame the County for the sewer & water problems. Birds plant trees in the water/sewer line but he refuses to let you clear the trees. That’s why there are so many dead trees. Park is older park. Problems are old problems. Many sell after two years because of the Manager attitude. Don’t buy, you will regret it.
