Two Bunch Palms

Where do I start…we had the most relaxing couples weekend here! From the minute we entered the property it was nothing but warm welcomes and such happy friendly faces! The staff were all so nice and helpful! The property is beautiful and the duck pond was my favorite spot to tan! The massage was the best I’ve had so far! The food was yummy and so fresh! We had a suite with a private soaking tub which I highly recommend! The shower head and temp controlled knob were my favorite things about our room! Definitely made it hard to want to leave your room to go explore! I’m looking forward to making this a yearly trip to relax and reset! Thank you Two Bunch Palms!

This place is so amazing. My husband surprised me with a birthday trip here, and he couldn’t have chosen a better spot! The variety of soaking tubs made it fun to try out different spots, and we never had any trouble finding a tub. The on-site dining and drinks were excellent, and our room 100 came with a great indoor soaking tub for the rainy days. We did one of the yoga sessions, a Gentle Yoga with Loretta, and it was fantastic too. The property is so beautiful, the staff are great, we have no complaints and would love to come back!

I had an amazing stay from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly kind, and the staff was very accommodating, which made the entire experience feel effortless and relaxing. The spa was wonderful, I had a deep tissue massage with Monica, and she was fantastic. Professional, attentive, and truly skilled. I left feeling refreshed and restored. Overall, a beautiful, peaceful experience and the perfect place for a much needed reset. I would absolutely return.

The place itself is gorgeous. The concept of calm oasis accompanied by health and wellness in one place is lovely. Unfortunately if it’s too good to be true, then there is probably more to the story. The staff, especially the restaurant and house keeping: no notes! Lovely and kind and timely. BUT when we left and I checked the invoice, there were double charges for the room I had already been charged for and additional daily fees that were not revealed prior nor logical given the services and fees. Disappointed to see this place be managed by money hungry goals.

I've been to some nice hotels and resorts that were worth the price. This is NOT one of them. We went with friends for New Years Eve and my wife's birthday. The rooms were $635 per night when you include the taxes and their "Wellness Fee." For that price, you would expect a pretty plush experience. The rooms are spartan with only a bed (no chairs or tables to sit and read or have room service). The floors are cold tile and there are no slippers. There are signs of deferred maintenance issues all around the property: Rotting wood in the structure where you enter the grotto pool, holes in the large lounge cushions on the patio next to the restaurant. The patio furniture outside our room was just cheap metal chairs and a small table. Nothing relaxing or upscale. And the food prices are astron
